National Garden Gift Cards are valid for the purchase or part purchase of goods in participating garden retailers across the UK.

Details of where you can spend your eVoucher can be found at nationalgardengiftvoucher.co.uk/store-locator

National Garden Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. It is at the individual retailer’s discretion what eGifts can be spent on and whether eGifts can be used against sale items.

National Garden Gift Cards have an expiry date 30 months (2½ years) from the date of purchase. Expired National Garden Gift Cards cannot be exchanged, replaced or have their expiry date extended.

The National Garden Gift Card scheme is operated by the Horticultural Trades Association, (Horticulture House, Chilton, Didcot, Oxfordshire, OX11 0RN).

Gift Cards Personalisation: Terms and Conditions

• In brief: We’re happy for company logos, brand names and other registered trademarks or devices to be used in your personalisation, so long as you have full rights and authority to use such brands and logos. If you don’t, or you’re not sure, please don’t use them.
• We review all orders – if you think the image or words you use could cause offence or upset to others then don’t use them.
• Not for resale. Being able to personalise your Gift Card makes for a great personal gift but we can’t allow use for intended resale purposes.

 

The terms and conditions set out below apply to the use of the National Gardens Gift Cards personalised service and incorporate with the standard T&Cs located below. By accessing and browsing this site and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below and accept without any limitation or qualification. Using the Personalised National Gardens Gift Card site - things you must remember:

We want everyone to enjoy using the National Gardens Gift Cards personalised service but there are certain rules and restrictions governing its use.

 

1. You must have permission to use the images (photographs) that you upload to the service and render National Gardens Gift Cards, Voucher Express and its owner, Hemingways Marketing Services Ltd, harmless in the event that a copyrighted image is used. You must ensure that you either own the copyright to, or are fully licensed to use, images uploaded to this service.
2. You will not upload an offensive, profane or pornographic images to this service.
3. Your personalised message or image must not be offensive, profane or be intended to threaten, cause offence, annoyance, embarrassment or distress to any person.
4. We reserve the right to reject orders that in our absolute discretion are offensive, indecent, pornographic, promote discrimination based on race, sex, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age or that in our opinion might incite hatred or violence.
5. User uploaded content will not give the impression that it is endorsed by or otherwise emanates from National Gardens Gift Cards or Voucher Express.
6. Please be aware that all orders are reviewed by a member of our team.
7. All orders are subject to acceptance.

 

Under data protection legislation, we are required to provide you with certain information including who we are, how we process your personal data and for what purposes and your rights in relation to your personal data and how to exercise them.
